These terms apply to the Squad Up mobile game and squadupgame.com, provided by Swyft Studios LLC.

Eligibility and use

Squad Up is for people ages 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission. Use the app for personal entertainment and follow applicable law and store rules.

Decks and purchases

Some decks or features may require an in-app purchase. The price and purchase terms shown by Apple or Google at checkout apply. Purchases are associated with your store account and may be restorable through that store. Availability of particular decks or features may change; we will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement without addressing affected users.

Game content

Cards, names, artwork, and other content are provided for entertainment. Do not copy, redistribute, or misuse the app or its content. If you believe content infringes your rights or is inappropriate, contact us at [email protected].

Service and changes

We may update the app, catalog, and these terms to improve the service or meet legal requirements. We will post an updated effective date here for material changes. The service may occasionally be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
